2. Vintage Condition & “As-Is” Policy
* All items listed are authentic vintage or antique pieces (predominantly mid-century modern tableware, porcelain, and audio equipment).
* Due to their age, these items naturally exhibit signs of wear, minor imperfections, or cosmetic aging. These character traits are fully disclosed in text and photos and do not constitute defects.
* All vintage audio equipment and electronic components are personally tested prior to listing. However, due to the nature of vintage electronics, all items are sold strictly “as-is”, without any future warranties or guarantees.
3. Shipping & Delivery
* We pack every item with extreme care using professional-grade materials to ensure maximum protection during transit.
* We ship worldwide (except terrorist states).
Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for transit delays, customs holds, or damages caused directly by postal or courier services (e.g., DHL, USPS).
4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import VAT, or clearance taxes that may apply upon the package entering the destination country (especially applicable for shipments outside the EU, such as the United States).
